How to Rent
Our rental process is designed to be simple and transparent — for both private clients and agencies organizing events or productions.
For Private Clients
- Choose your costume. Browse our online catalogue and select your preferred model. By clicking “Information & Booking”, you’ll send a direct request: our team will reply via email to confirm size, availability, and details.
- Quote and confirmation. Once verified, we’ll send you a personalized quote. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is paid upon the costume’s return.
- Return and conditions. Costumes are not covered by insurance: any damage or loss is charged to the client.
Note: the minimum rental period is two full days, even if the costume is used for only one day. The second day covers cleaning and maintenance.
For Companies and Agencies
We offer dedicated support for agencies needing variable quantities of costumes — from a few pieces to large productions.
Contract and payment. Once the quotation is approved, a rental agreement is issued. Payment is made after the return of the costumes, following a joint check for possible damages or missing items.
Request and quotation. After initial contact, we’ll ask for the participants’ size list. Based on availability, we prepare a tailored offer for the event.
Note: pricing is generally per costume, though not all garments have the same value.
