Submit your request using the contact form. A member of our staff will respond by email to verify the size, ensure the item is available for your dates, and arrange the final details.

Quote and Acceptance
After confirming the feasibility of your order, you will receive a detailed cost statement. To reserve the dress, an initial deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining 50% must be paid upon return of the items.

Rules and Assumption of Risk
The renter is required to take due care of the item, which is NOT insured. Confirmed damage or loss will result in the full cost of repair or replacement.
N.B. The minimum rental period is 48 hours (two full days), regardless of actual usage. The additional day covers the fixed costs for thorough cleaning and tailoring of the item.

Request and Quote
We carefully examine the volume of garments requested and cross-reference the data with our warehouse resources, subsequently preparing a clear and detailed quote.
N.B. The rental price for each item is calculated individually, taking into account its level of craftsmanship and material value: this causes costs to fluctuate between different garments. -
Approval and Agreement
Once the quote is accepted, the rental agreement is formalized through the drafting of a contract. Payment of the amount due occurs only after the complete return of the equipment. This allows for a joint inspection, in the presence of the client, to document any potential losses or the need for restoration work before finalizing the bill.
